Refund & Returns Policy
If your product is defective, immediately let us know and we'll arrange a replacement. We require that the defective product be returned to us with the original packaging and we will process your return and replacement.
Subject to availability we will absolutely try to meet all exchanges due to fit. Again, please contact us to arrange for product return immediately on receipt so we can arrange return and exchange.
We are unable to accept returns on retailer purchases, incorrectly purchased products, and products damaged due to customer error.
Lastly, we do not accept returns for non-damaged items or items that have been delivered incorrectly.
Refunds are available for products returned in original packaging in resalable condition and with return authorization.
If a product is damaged or defective or if you have received the wrong item, we will cover your return shipping costs with your return authorization. Otherwise, the purchaser is responsible for return shipping.
