Once our team processes your order within 1-2 business days, expect to get it within 7-15 business days for many products, 15-30 days for others and we try to specify the shipping timeline for the products.  As well, customs clearance times can vary and are totally out of our control. USA deliveries may be a bit quicker than the UK, Australia, and New Zealand. Almost all European and Asian countries will experience longer ship times.


Customs, duties, and taxes

JustAddBike is not responsible for any customs, duties and taxes applied to your order but customs and tax agencies.  All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibiliy to the customers.


JustAddBike is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.  Please take a photo and save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing.


Packages Lost, or Missing While in Transit 

If you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost or missing while in Transit, please contact us by email. We can contact the shipping company to investigate the issue.

If your package has indeed gone missing in transit, we will arrange for a replacement for you at no additional charge to you.

Unfortunately, we cannot  be responsible for packages that are delivered but intercepted by a third party.  If this is a risk in your area, we recommend that you make sure you are aware of your delivery insurance options.


Returns Policy

We do offer returns for issues of fit and function. Contact us for Return Authorization and directions for returning items.  Refunds are issued after we receive the product return in re-sellable condition and in original packaging.  Shipping return costs are the customer's responsibility.
